McKinney Cotton Mill Highlight Video

When Meredith at Significant Events of Texas called to tell me she had the perfect couple for me, little did I know I would be meeting one of my favorite couples of 2012. Erica and Taslow are Oklahoma State alumni who are both die hard Cowboys (OSU that is) and wanted to party with their closest family and friends.  The McKinney Cotton Mill was basically a destination wedding for the family and friends.  We worked together to create a starting line up introduction that was personal and reflected the sports nuts who got married. Marc Roberts was kind enough to put together this little highlight video for me.

Hickory Street Annex Anniversary

Glad to see you guys are still having a blast and tearing up the dance floor at your friend’s weddings.

This is still one of my favorite wedding moments.

Dallas Hearing Foundation Sounds of the Season Gala 2011

The Dallas Hearing Foundation have hosted their 3rd Sounds of the Season Gala.  I have had the privelege of working with this wonderful organization all three years.  The Dallas Hearing Foundation (DHF) is a not-for-profit foundation exclusively dedicated to giving the gifts of hearing and speech to children and adults with hearing loss.

This year’s gala was hosted by Kellie Rasberry of the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show at the beautiful and historic Hotel Adolphus on December 17, 2011.  Kellie was a little under the weather, but looked stunning and was unbelievably humble and kind to all of the guests, fans, and kids in attendance.  It was truly a treat to get to work with her.

I really love working with this group every year.  It is so amazing to see and hear the children who were born profoundly deaf and have benefited from the work of the Dallas Hearing Foundation and Dr. Peters.  Truly, you would never know most of these children didn’t hear for the first part of their lives.

Jenny & Joe’s Father Daughter Dance at Ridglea Country Club

Jenny’s husband Wallace is part of a barbershop chorus called The Marcsmen. During our planning meeting Wallace and Jenny told me that the guys wanted to sing during the reception, and I mentioned having them sing the father daughter dance…this is the result. Apologies that the tops of their heads are cut off but I had the camera stationary on a tripod set for the newlywed game. This is why Glenn Roush Entertainment doesn’t pretend to have a “video division!”

Lighting was provided by Glenn Roush Entertainment.

To make up for the head chopping, here is a photo from Dallas Wedding Photographer Allison Davis.

Newlywed Game at Ridglea Country Club

Glenn Roush Entertainment provided the lighting for this event and you can see photographer Allison Davis of Allison Davis Photography snapping pictures. Special thanks to Meredith Commender of Significant Events of Texas for all of her planning on this event.
